The Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Chamber Endorse Keeping the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies in The Region
The Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Tampa Bay Chamber (The Chambers) endorse the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies commitment to remaining in Tampa Bay with a new outdoor ballpark to be built in the region.
The Chambers also endorse the Rays Two-City Baseball Concept to share the team's regular season between Tampa Bay and Montreal. The Chambers supports this as a viable concept to ensure that baseball remains and thrives in this community for years to come.
Tampa Bay's rich history has been and remains to be influenced by the game of baseball. The Chambers recognizes this connection and will continue to support efforts to maintain this rich heritage.
