Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber Announces 2025 Board of Directors

 

TAMPA, FL, Dec. 5, 2024 – The Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber is proud to announce the appointment of its 2025 Board of Directors, a dynamic group of leaders who bring diverse experiences, expertise, and a shared commitment to advancing equality and inclusion across Tampa Bay’s business community.

The newly elected board represents a vibrant cross-section of industries, with each member exemplifying leadership and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. The Chamber is thrilled to introduce the following individuals to its leadership team:

Don Kiceina, Jr. – Sales Director at OUTFRONT Tampa Bay, Don brings a wealth of experience in marketing and advertising, having led teams to achieve significant growth in revenue and market share. A founding member of OUTFRONT’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, Don serves as Co-Executive Sponsor of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and holds a board position with the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce. Don’s expertise in strategic growth and his dedication to supporting our local business community will be invaluable in advancing the Chamber’s mission. LinkedIn

Nicole Waters – Chief Operations Officer of Fetch Data and Owner of 525 Coaching, Nicole is a dynamic leader committed to fostering growth, innovation, and inclusivity. With a rich background in operational strategy, executive coaching, and community engagement, Nicole has honed her expertise in empowering leaders to achieve measurable success. A passionate advocate for connection and community, Nicole has served as President of the Aqua Foundation for Women and is a board member for the EDGE District. Nicole’s people-centered approach combined with their operational excellence will help drive strategic initiatives for the Chamber. LinkedIn

CT Harris – Director of Communication, Connections, and Outreach at Allegany Franciscan Ministries, CT is celebrated for her advocacy for vulnerable communities and small businesses. A trailblazer in leadership and entrepreneurship, she has championed transformative initiatives during her tenure as Tampa’s Inaugural Small Business Navigator and continues to inspire with her focus on equity, innovation, and community impact. CT’s ability to build connections and amplify voices will help the Chamber strengthen partnerships and foster a more inclusive business community. LinkedIn

Ramzi Lakkis – A seasoned financial professional with a background spanning public and private companies, Ramzi has been instrumental in managing international investments at Mosaic. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he balances his career achievements with a love of family and outdoor pursuits. Ramzi’s financial acumen and strategic perspective will enhance the Chamber’s ability to grow and support its members effectively. LinkedIn

These accomplished leaders will join current board member and Treasurer, Brian Liotta-DeVivo, and current Board Chair, Chris Rollins, to lead the Chamber into an exciting new year, continuing to build on its mission to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion and economic growth in the Tampa Bay region.
