As an important community partner of Bristol-Myers Squibb we would like to invite you to a special event as part of the Tampa International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival.

In conjunction with Wells-Fargo and the NGLCC, Bristol-Myers Squibb is proud to announce the screening of Families Like Yours.  BMS has co-produced this film, now available nationwide. Follow six families as they attempt to balance work and school, rush kids to sports practice, and deal with diaper duty. From all across the nation and in all different stages of family life, from conception to grandchildren, these families represent a cross-section of the modern American family – the only difference is that they are LGBT families (IMDB). This uplifting film celebrates not only that families find each other, but also just how families come to be, outside the boundaries of race, age, gender and biology. There are unique circumstances here, even by LGBT standards. But what is not unique is the power of love and the unwavering need to belong to something bigger than ourselves. That is something that can only be realized in the context of what it means to be family.

Families Like Yours will be shown during the 2017 Tampa International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (TIGLFF) on October 12 at the Tampa Theatre. Bristol-Myers Squibb will be sponsoring the showing and we have reserved a ticket for YOU!  Space is limited, sign up today.

We have reserved a ticket in your name.  Please RSVP for you and anyone in your office or organization who would like to attend – and feel free to share this invite.  We look forward to seeing you at the movies!
